Before the
turning towards Orlec is the turning towards Valun and Lubenice with neighboring
settlements Pernat, Podol, Zbičina.
Lubenice is a prehistorically settlement about
4000 years old placed at the cliff above the opened sea (378 meters).

The village use to have walls around it whose ruins can still be seen. On the main square is the belfry (1791). The church of Blessed Virgin Mary was renovated in 18th century. A Narrow path takes you to the base of the cliff and ends on a beautiful beach.

During summer season the village organizes musical evenings.
The place is filled with small churches, paths, low door and very small windows. The serve
as observation posts to the old people, about 40 of them who are the only permanent
inhabitants of this village.
